Space Manager includes many additional features to
aid in the running of each site and a storage company as a whole.
Once a
contract has been identified, simply double clicking on it brings up the
Contract Enquiry Form. This form provides a both a complete history of every
aspect of the contract’s history, but also every facility needed to manage and
update that information – Once again, all on the one interface.

This screen shot shows the
units listing for a particular customer’s contract, from within the Contract Enquiry
System. This information is a single click away from the Customer Enquiry
System and returning to a customer’s account details is a simple matter of
clicking the ‘Customer’ button. Every detail about the contract, current or
historic, is available here as are all the facilities necessary to manage it.
