The Desktop
provides users with a full diary including appointment and reminder facilities.
Also a complete contacts manager and Actions required to further Enquiry
Management control - all fully integrated with the customer and contracts
database.
This screen
shot shows the details of a diary reminder for the Administrator. This reminder
could be set to cause an automatic pop-up reminder at the appropriate time. In
the background is displayed the general diary showing a diary entry for the
user Rip Bucks on Monday 7th January. The diary display can be set
to display only those entries for a specific user, or entries for all Space
Manager users.
