Space Manager includes many additional features to aid
in the running of each site and a storage company as a whole.
Once a unit
has been identified, simply double clicking on it brings up the Unit Enquiry Form.
This form not only provides a complete history of every aspect of a unit’s
life, but also every facility needed to manage and update that information.

This screen shot shows the
contract listing for a particular unit number, from within the Unit Enquiry
System. Moving to the Customer Enquiry System or Contract Enquiry System is a
simple matter of double clicking customer or contract from the appropriate
list. Every detail of a unit, current or historic, is available here as are all
the facilities necessary to manage it.
