No. 1:                         Does your software allow for the automatic processing of credit card payments at the beginning of each month without additional manual input?  Please describe your process in detail.

 

YES – with additional software.

 

Space Manager can store an unlimited number of debit or credit card details for a customer. These card details can then be used to automate collection of payments from customers using a totally flexible payment system interface. This system includes the facility for payment demands to be validated at site level and then processed collectively at head office or individually at the site. Once reconciled, the system automatically posts the necessary customer receipts, updating both the customer’s balance, payment history and Contract/Unit Paid-to-dates.

 

Because automated payment systems differ from country to country and region to region, Space Manager has been written to allow for the automatic interfacing with, and handling of, most standard auto payment systems including Credit Card, Debit Card, Standing Order and BACS Direct Bank Transfers.

A UK BACS Direct Bank Transfer interface is already available and a European Direct Bank Transfer Interface is expected to be completed by the end of March 2002.

 

Other automated payment systems can be added to best serve an individual user’s requirements.
