No. 10: Does your software facilitate the printing and mailing of invoices to those customers that require a monthly invoice?

YES.

Further to Question 3, Invoices can be generated at any frequency in multiples of days, weeks and months. Invoices can be printed as hard copy and mailed, faxed or sent electronically in a wide number of formats.

Invoices, as with other document types (Contracts, Late Charges, Late Letters, Credit Notes etc.) can either be printed individually or as part of a batch print process that will make a hard copy of an invoice that has not yet been printed.

For customers/contracts that should not receive an invoice copy, a customer or individual contract can be marked so that the system does not print related invoices as part of a batch print. In these cases, should an invoice copy be required, a copy can always be printed on request, at any time.
