No. 11:                       Does your software allow a user to review the history of a specific customer’s access to the facility, including dates and times of entry and exit?

 

We are endeavoring to add this facility.

 

Space Manager interfaces to a number of popular Access Control Systems, Including PTI Access Control System, Quickstor, MSTC Dos, SAS Access System.

 

Whilst Space Manager stores a full history of access information passed to the access control system as well as Time Zones, Keypad Zones, Passwords etc., It does not currently provide for a duplicate display of the access system’s customer access log (if available).

 

However, RADicalIQX are always striving to improve the interface with Access Systems and increase the number of Access Systems that can be used with Space Manager.

 

We are currently working on providing this facility and much more and it should be available shortly with the SAS Access System.  However, we would be happy to work with any Access System vendor to improve the integration between our systems.
