No. 20:                       Does your software automatically print out contracts and are those contracts specific to each site location to comply with any specific requirements?

 

YES.

 

As with all other forms of documentation, Space Manager can generate hard copy contracts on completion of every new rental or as a batch print process.

 

Each contract is produced within the system according to a specified user-definable template.

 

An individual contract template can be defined for each site to comply with legal requirements of a country/state.

 

These contract templates can either be generated by us to your specifications or amended/created in-house. All Space Manager documentation (whether a contract, invoice or receipt etc.) can include logos, pictures, fully formatted text etc.
