No. 22: Does your software allow a prospective customer’s picture to be taken as part of the contract process and recorded as part of the contract?

YES.

A customer’s picture can be taken very simply as part of the rental process via a camera attached to the PC. The procedure requires only two mouse clicks to capture an image and store it to the customer’s file and can utilize inexpensive web cams if required.

This screen shot shows the simple method by which a picture can be added to a customer’s record. Simply right-clicking on the area in which the picture will be displayed brings up a menu from which an image can be directly captured.
