No. 25:                       Does your software allow a receipt or invoice to be printed at a later time than payment was received?  Will it give the site manager a “yes” or “no” option to print a receipt?

 

YES.

 

All documentation can be printed/re-printed at any point to allow the printing of original or copy documents.

 

This screen shot shows the facility to batch print invoices, or reprint a previously printed batch of invoices. It is accessed from the ‘Processing’ Menu, along with the facility to batch print various other document types. However, individual invoices can be printed at any time simply by selecting the invoice and pressing the ‘Print’ button from the Customer Enquiry Screens.

 

In addition to this when receiving a payment the option will be given to print a receipt for the customer immediately.
