Our software
can be set up as a single or multi-site installation. In a single site
installation, the client and server elements of the program are both installed
at the required site. This configuration allows for site-generated invoices.
However, our program is also designed to allow for
multi-site installation where the client element of the program is located at
the site and the server element (database) is located at a central location, to
which all sites connect. This arrangement not only allows for invoices to be
centralized or done site by site, but it also allows for simple or complex
configurable integration of separate sites.
It would therefore be possible to group sites
together by location, allowing for any user at any grouped site to access and
manage customers at their own or other group sites. This could include invoice
production, access control, customer photo storage, customer account management
etc.
The frequency of invoice is entirely configurable on
an individual contract-by-contract basis. With a minimum of 1 day and no
maximum, automatic invoices can be generated at a frequency of any number of
days, weeks or months.

Because invoices are generated using the same flexible
system as reports, invoices can be printed, e-mailed, faxed or stored and
transferred in a number of other data formats.
