No. 31: Does your software generate daily information either electronically or journal entry format to be uploaded into the major “off the shelf” accounting software packages?

YES, with the implementation of an appropriate interface, if one is not currently available.

The reporting system included in Space Manager allows for the automated production of interface files to pass accounts information to an ‘off the shelf’ accounts program.

Rather than producing a standard report, the system can be configured to generate all necessary interface files to link to an existing accounts systems as a simple option from a menu.

Whilst a predefined transfer will be available to Sage Line 100, with the appropriate interface file specification, either RADicalIQX or in-house IT facilities can generate interface files to accommodate accounts programs that have an available import facility.
