No. 32: Does your software allow financial information such as operating statements, rent information, payments, etc. to be downloaded into Excel or Word programs directly from the site to the centralized company accounting department?

YES.

In a single site installation of Space manager, the required reports can be created within the program and run on site. The reports produced can be saved directly to Excel format or Rich Text for importation into word and then the report files can be transferred electronically to headquarters accounts department.

However, in an integrated multi-site installation, reports can be generated for a site or multiple sites directly within the headquarters accounts department and saved to the appropriate file format.

Once a user has selected to print a report to the screen, they can then choose to print the report to a printer or to one of many different file formats simply by selecting the print icon in the top left hand corner of the report and then selecting the appropriate report destination.
