No. 5: Can the site’s software and computer be accessed from remote but authorized locations to retrieve information or to make changes to rates?

YES.

Information can be accessed in a variety of ways, such as using Symantec's PC Anywhere program to remotely control the PC via a phone line or internet connection.

Alternatively a centralized or single site's database can be accessed directly using client/server software over any form of wide area network. Space Manager incorporates user level access to allow only authorized users access to the program.
