aid in the running of each site and a storage company as a whole.
Searching for Information
Contract Searches, Reporting and Letters
Space Manager
Customer also allows a user to search for specific contracts using the Contract
Search Facility, Searches can be made by Contract Number, Customer Name or Unit
number and can include terminated contracts. As with Customer searches, the
user has the facility to search for contracts using user-definable search
criteria.
Just as simple as searching
for customers, to search for a specific contract or list of applicable contracts,
the user simply selects the ‘Contracts’ button on the main button bar. From
there they can make simple searches on contract number, customer name or unit
number or complex searches by dragging and dropping search criteria. Users can
even search for terminated contracts and vacated units.
Once again,
once a contract has been located or a list of required contracts found, the
user has the facility to manage the contracts, generate contract specific
reports or send emails and letters specifically to the contract list.
