Space Manager includes many additional features to aid in the running of each site and a storage company as a whole.

Searching for Information

Unit Searches and Reporting

Space Manager Customer allows a user to search for specific units using the Unit Search Facility.

The Unit search facility allows users to search for a specific unit, restricting the search by size code categories, site, availability or physical size.

Selecting the ‘Units’ button from the main button bar allows the user to search for a specific unit number. They can restrict the search by selecting various Size categories or by selecting a site or by looking for particular unit physical sizes or any combination of the three. Once the required unit has been located, simply double clicking it, or selecting the ‘Expand Unit’ button, will display the Unit’s full information from the Unit Enquiry System. This system allows access to the unit’s entire history and current details.

Also, as with customer and contract searches, the user has the facility to search for Units using user-definable search criteria. These criteria can include, amongst other things, specific Unit Features.

The Unit Search facility allows a user to search for units on the basis of their individual features or any other related information stored within Space Manager’s database.
