In the current version of Space Manager, the Customer is king. They might have multiple Units and transactions, but when viewing these, it was always from the Customer's prospective.

Space Manager for Windows adds three new ways of looking at things. To the Customer Enquiry system we have added a Unit Enquiry, Contract Enquiry and a Contacts/Diary System - each is accessed by simply clicking the appropriate button on the Main Program Toolbar.

The Desktop Desktop screen shots	<—	The Contacts/Diary system integrates a user diary (each user must now 'log on' to Space Manager) with a customer contact/enquiry management system.
The first Stage of the Customer Enquiry Process is to select the customers or range of customers you wish to deal with. Customer selection can be by Name, Unit Number, Transaction reference, Marketing Questions - in fact complex searches can be made and stored with a select customer on the basis of ANY information stored about them.	—>	Information/Management by Customer Customer Enquiry screen shots
Information/Management by Units Unit Enquiry screen shots	<—	Alternatively, selection can be made by Unit, allowing the user to manage their customers, rental, transaction or access history, all from the Unit perspective.
