This is the Reports Check Number. When comparing the contents of two or more reports with each other, the Check Number is used to confirm that the reports are analysing the same data. The program generates the number when the report is printed, by analysing the number of records in Space Managers transaction database.

If the reports do not have the same Check Number, YOU CANNOT COMPARE THE REPORTS CONTENTS as they are analysing different data.
