The SPACE MANAGER package handles the administration and accounting facilities essential to the management of subdivided properties. It applies particularly to self storage, business centres, leisure complexes, exhibitions and other tenanted properties.

The minimum system requirements are aPentium Computer with at least 64Mb RAM, and a 500Mb Hard Drive. However, a Pentium based Computer is recommended for both performance and speed. Space Manager will run under MS DOS version 5 or above, Windows 95, 98 and Windows NT.

Space Manager provides a complete space management and sales accounting system.

A Multi-User Version is available which has been written to integrate with Novell's Netware Security system to allow for a high level of manager control, by allowing separate menu options to be restricted by individual user or group.

Space Manager Multi-User is available for Novell Netware Version 5, 4.1x, 3.1x, 3.2 , Netware Lite, Personal Netware and similar Network Operating Systems
