DETAILS:
After a V1 to V2 upgrade, some or all Late Charges, Invoices and Credit Notes no longer have References for documents created after the upgrade.
In V2, the setting in IQacDocumentTemplates for AutoNumberNext, is case sensitive. Check to make sure that the affected document types have the correct setting by reselecting from the drop-down list
