Symptom:
Once the user has provided their login id, the system displays the startup graphic for a considerable length of time. Also videoing between Custom Settings screens take a long time before the next screen appears.
Resolution:
The 'Reports Directory' as specified in 'General' Custom Settings, does not exist or cannot be reached within an acceptable length of time. Change this default reports directory to a directory that exists or can be reached.
