Space Manager already allows you to custom design your
own reports. But why stop at reporting?
What if Space Manager was able to perform custom procedures or functions
as well?
Instead of printing a report just to the screen or printer, why not have it
exported to a PDF file and emailed to Head Office? You could even have
it automatically posted to an internal intranet site so that everyone can view
it with his or her browser.
You could selectively email customers their invoices or print/email price
update letters, automatically saving a copy of the
personalised letter as part of the customer's
account and recording a contact within
Space Manager's Contact Manager. You could
create a bespoke interface to your preferred
accounting program, or automatically
import new stock levels into the stock
control system - the list is almost endless.
