To read the Sybase Console Messages from with Space Manager, add the function GetPropertiesText() to the database. This can be found in:

L:\SM4WIN\SQL_Functions\GetPropertiesText.txt

Then open SQL Tool and execute:

select GetPropertiesText('W','Engine Window Messages',null)

Alternatively, run in V2:

console message display advanced.xml

This XML job will allow the display of a log of unlimited length by 'chopping' it up into manageable chunks
