New Report Builder appears to hang when you select 'File' and 'Open' or 'Save'

Problem: The new Report Builder in version 2 appears to hang if you select the 'File' menu and then either 'Open', 'Save' or 'Save As'. Nothing happens even if you terminate the database service.
Solution: Check that the default 'Reports Directory' in the 'General' section of the Custom Settings exists and can be got to.
Although Report Builder will, by default, open the directory it was last connected to, if it cannot find that location, then it seems to default to the General Reports location and you have to wait for it to time out, if it does not exist (which can be a very long time), although it will eventually.
