Out of Disk Space Error

Hint Ref: 020811060009
Hint Date: 06/11/2008

Hint Details:

If a machine is showing an out of disk space error but there is plenty of disk space available it is most likely that the free space on the hard drive in whole GB's is a number fully divisible by 4.

This is an error with the Borland Database Engine which is a Microsoft product we use as part of Space Manager. A simple solution is to make the free space on the hard drive less by copying files from one location to another. There is a permanet correction to this as well - please contact RADical Systems.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT A FULL AND VALID SPACE MANAGER DATABASE BACKUP IS TAKEN AND VERIFIED AS VALID BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES TO THE DATABASE.)
