New Features 

Hide Transactions from Spaceman Portal 

Spaceman Desktop (Space Manager) users are able to hide transactions from Spaceman Portal if they wish.  

In Spaceman Desktop go to the customer account, transactions tab. Right click on the transaction you wish to hide and select “Hide In Spaceman Portal”. 

The transactions are now hidden from the Portal (customer portal). 

 

 

Change browser favicon  

You can now update the favicon of your Portal and Shop apps to your own logo. 

Log into Ops (User Portal), go to Theme and scroll to the bottom. Upload your preferred icon and your website will be updated. 

 

 

Improvements to existing features 

Reformat the "Welcome back" message

We have improved the welcome message, your customers will see when they log in to Spaceman Portal. 

 

Add option to not sell insurance in Spaceman Shop 

In Spaceman Desktop (Space Manager) set the Shop to have no Insurance options available. 

Go to Settings, Custom Settings, Spaceman Shop and set “Insurance Mandatory” = “NO”  and “Allow Customers Own Insurance” = “NO”. 

 

Now, when selecting to “Book” a size in Shop, there will be no option available for Insurance. 

 

 

Bug fixes 

Currency code not added to customer on register  New customers added through Spaceman Shop are now given a default currency code

Going through Spaceman Shop in German causes error when trying to pay  Non UK Locale date format caused an error when making stripe payments in Spaceman Shop

Spaceman Shop: Customer Status not updated after new contract  Customer statuses are updated correctly after a new contract or reservation is made in Spaceman Shop
