"User Not Found" when e-mailing through SM in Groupwise

Hint Details:

If the user received an error "Unable to Run Jon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - User Not Found" when e-mailing through Space Manager in Groupwise the problem is that one of the customers has an e-mail address that is being rejected by Groupwise.
