Our Support is based on two values:

2) You will always talk directly with people who know.

We want you always to feel well-supported and we′re committed to solving any issues to your complete satisfaction.

In order to provide you with the best possible support, we have introduced a real-time web based support system which will allow us, with your permission, to remotely control your computer. We can see what you see and our keyboard and mouse become duplicates of your own. It is just like being there with you, every step of the way.

Getting support

It is very important that you call us first on 01483 238730, before clicking the button above. This will ensure that a Support Agent is available and awaiting your connection.

The button may say either Offline or Online Help; however please wait until instructed before selecting it.

Once selected, a new window will open. If you are not connected directly with your Support Agent, you may be presented with a list of on-line Support Agents. In this case just select the name of the Agent you are talking to.

If you have not called first, or select the button before being asked, you may be presented with a message form. If this is the case, just close the form, call the above number and select the button when instructed.

If you are asked to install a Windows Explorer Active-X component, please accept the install to allow it to go ahead. Is it not possible to provide real-time support without it.

Lastly, you may be asked if you want to allow your Support Agent to ‘take over your computer’ or not. Please select the ‘Accept’ button.
